A mother's blog: growing with my son!
Samarth is now 8 months old… he’s growing really fast and I feel like capturing each and every moment of his growth and cherish it forever … it surely feels good reminiscing about past …. I am sure Sam would love to go through all these anecdotes once he learns to read
and might feel happy, proud and shy about all these things… Last one month flew really fast, probably due to a wedding in the family and the festivities around…
Now a days he just loves to climb on any vertical thing around… be it a pile of books, stack of clothes, table, sofa …. mom and dad sitting!! He would grab my shoulder and pull himself up to the standing position and then play with my hair, earrings and necklace …. while I keep making faces due to pain
… Last night again, he stood up holding me and then removed one hand from me and tried to balance with the other!!! minutes later he removed the other one as well and WHOOOSHH!!! he was standing on his feet (for a couple of seconds only) !!!! we tried but couldn’t manage to capture that moment properly since it happened for only a short while .. blink and miss moment it was!

Seeing him learn to do all these things I am geeting to understand the pattern of development in babies … well I must thank Sam for giving me live demo of how a child learns to sit, stand and walk, and definitely the transitions: most imporatnt part which we tend to overlook… You are keeping me busy and happy Sam through all your activities… Love u!
This blog is born out of the need to share what we, as first time parents, are going through in bringing up our 'bundle of joy'. Parenting is the most difficult art that one perfects over a period of time.. So here we are trying to put across our experiences which are gained while practising this art... whatever is written here, doesn't prescribe anything. It's just a log of our daily happenings which we want to share with all of you... nothing official about it!
