From past 10 days, I had been making him sit (with support), to change his clothes, to make him eat, sometimes just to check his balance, … and every time  I would remove the support, he would roll down to either side after a couple of seconds. Today, as usual, after bath when I was getting him ready, I made him sit on his own and turned back to fetch pillows to support him, (quite assured that he would fall aside) …. I looked around and ….

SAM WAS SITTING!!!!

Very nicely he had maintained his balance with both the hands firmly planted in the front. Without wasting a second further, I captured this ‘kodak moment’ while he enjoyed sitting on his own :) Believe me, there’s always a sense of pride on his face, whenever he does something big for the first time … he has achieved another major milestone!

I am proud of you Sam… at roughly 5 and half months, you have completely surprised me by doing this… don’t know what’s in store for us in the time to come! God bless you baby…. :)
